The Hare and the Turtle

"The Hare and the Turtle"
The Hare boasted
Of its speed and said,
"Oh dear Turtle,
Oh dear Turtle-head.
Let us race
To the mountain-top.
You shall walk slow,
While I shall hop."

Not minding
The Hare's talk,
The Turtle began
To slowly walk.
Much ahead
Of the Turtle now,
The Hare felt
Tired somehow.
Thinking that the Turtle
Would never reach there,
The Hare took a nap,
The Over-confident Hare.
The Turtle kept walking
With the same slow pace.
'N' while the Hare was asleep
The Turtle won the race.
MORAL of the Story:-
Even if the Hare
Was fast and ready,
The race was won
By the slow and steady.

Today's Talk: Moral of the story in actual words is-"Slow and steady wins the race." This is another folktale that all of us have heard, either as stories or songs. Today is 21st June, International Yoga Day, Father's Day, and an annular-solar-eclipse day. Today, the eclipse was visible in Nagpur from 10:30am to 1:15pm.
I suddenly came up with this poem today evening. Nothing much to talk about, except,of course, CORONA. The confirmed cases have reached 4lakh+ and recovered is 2lakh+. Nagpur has 1100+ confirmed cases. Nothing more to say, All Good..............:-)
