Temples around us
Are pious and holy, 
A few go there sometimes, 
A few go there daily. 

Children hop around 
Their parents with glee.
People who go there
Feel enlightened and free.


Whatever people ask to God for
And get it easily,
All I would ask for is that
Everyone should live together happily.


Everyone means everyone,
It also includes me,
It also includes all animals
From elephant to honeybee.


Temples look beautiful,
As beautiful as they can be.
As beautiful as a blooming flower,
As beautiful as a glimmering sea.


 Worshipping any god is just
Worshipping your good qualities everyday.
That is what I believe in, and
That is what I'd like to say...

Today's talk: Today is a nice day. I'm having fun updating my blog.
                      I'm also going to practice 'Raag Bageshri' after sometime. A normal day with all those everyday chores.

Joy in Small Things

                     Once when I was small I sat down and began to draw. I drew a little hut And decorated it with straw. The straw kept falling off, There wasn't enough glue. But I finished the whole glue for it, I honestly tell you. Then I drew two little windows And a tiny brown door. A big flat mud wall And a huge muddy floor. Then I took some cotton And made clouds from it. I then drew a sun And could no longer sit. I got up and went to my family And displayed the drawing I made. All of them appreciated it "Very good!" was what they said. These were the joyful moments As a child that I had. A child who never knew What was it to be sad. Joy in small things  Is what I learn from that day, I also learn to see the things  In a much positive way. ...Shravani Kelapure

              "SPHYGMOMANOMETER" Once I read a word, It said sphygmomanometer. Is it something related, I thought, To meter or centimeter? Is it related to breadth, Or is it an instrument? Is it related to length, Or is used for measurement? I took out my dictionary And took a look. Thousands of words I saw In the little pocket-sized book.
