Stories ,full of imagination.
Fictions are wild creations,
Non fictions are inspirations,
Beautiful folktales of every nation.


Novels are big and thick,
Fairytales are as thin as a stick,
When my favourite novels I pick,
      The clock of Imagination goes tick tock tick.




I sit reading under the fan,
The story that consists of a man,
Who sits in a big yellow van,
And eats his food from a tin can.


Even small stories have a great impact,
And yes, it's a true fact
That the characters in the story
We start to imitate and act.

I love reading books
About chefs and cooks
And makeover and looks 
And sewing and hooks.


All the books are so fascinating,
They change the way one thinks.
And one's mind is full of various thoughts
Everytime an eye blinks.
Even the textbooks we have
Help us a lot at school.
They give us knowledge 
And make us more calm an cool.
These stories and books
Are more than friends to me.
They tell me all the time
How imaginative I can be.

Joy in Small Things

                     Once when I was small I sat down and began to draw. I drew a little hut And decorated it with straw. The straw kept falling off, There wasn't enough glue. But I finished the whole glue for it, I honestly tell you. Then I drew two little windows And a tiny brown door. A big flat mud wall And a huge muddy floor. Then I took some cotton And made clouds from it. I then drew a sun And could no longer sit. I got up and went to my family And displayed the drawing I made. All of them appreciated it "Very good!" was what they said. These were the joyful moments As a child that I had. A child who never knew What was it to be sad. Notice the things around you and me, Watch a Kite flying around. It needs EFFORT to touch the sky,oh you, But nothing to come back down. Notice the things around you and me, Watch a Tree standing in the heat. We learn to be SELFLESS and KIND ,oh you, It gives us shade and fruits to eat. Notice the things around you and me, Watch a Little Bird come by. It does not come to talk,oh you, But to build a nest more HIGH . Notice the things around you and me, Watch how the Rainbow looks. The Goddess of knowledge, the Goddess of money, She protects us, she creates harmony. If she comes ,joy comes too. She can do things that none can do. Represented by many, like a graceful cow, Who is still worshipped, tradition persists somehow. The role she plays is special and unique. She speaks of wisdom, let her speak. Today she lives with vigor and pride. She rises high like a new-born tide. She is a wonderful thing for she can do wonders. Nothing in front of her are those storms and thunders.               "SPHYGMOMANOMETER" Once I read a word, It said sphygmomanometer. Is it something related, I thought, To meter or centimeter? Is it related to breadth, Or is it an instrument? Is it related to length, Or is used for measurement? I took out my dictionary And took a look. Thousands of words I saw In the little pocket-sized book. Without a second thought I checked  The words starting with 'S' Before the meanings in my mind Made a total mess! It 'is' some instrument, I was right about that part. But to understand the rest of the meaning, I was not too smart. I closed the dictionary And asked my mother. She said its used to measure A patient's blood pressure.
